Two or three times each year, International Division BSA selects
contingents of American Scouts, Venturers and leaders to take heavily
subsidized trips to other countries. A number of San Diego-Imperial
Council Scouts and Venturers have participated in these trips in
the past and had a great time. Youth participants must be at least
15 and not yet 18 at the time of the event. Adult leaders
must be 21 or older.
International Division maintains a Candidates Database for Scouts,
Venturers, and Scouters interested in participating in future BSA
International Scouting Events. Once a trip is scheduled,
they invite highly qualified Scouts, Venturers, and leaders from
this database to participate. If you would like to be nominated
to be part of this database and be considered for these trips, please
complete the International Contingent Youth Nomination Form or International Contingent Leader Nomination Form electronically, save
it as a .doc file, and email it as an attachment to:

Scouts and Venturers should leave the Why you are nominating this
person section blank. However, you should include in the body of your
email message reasons you believe you should be nominated as well as contact
information for your Scoutmaster or Venturing Advisor.
